The presentation of Social Campus, the new platform for training driven by Social.cat y Utopiq, consolidates a line of work that we at Karmina consider strategic for the coming years: applied training in communication, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.
The project is born with the aim of offering stable, practical training adapted to the reality of entities, foundations, and NGOs, especially at a time when the emergence of AI is completely changing the way teams communicate, work, and are organised. In this context, Karmina also reinforces its internal commitment to the training area with the recent addition of Roger López, who joins the team to continue expanding services related to training, consultancy, and the development of new learning formats.
Over the last few years, Karmina and Utopiq have participated in dozens of training courses for companies, institutions and social organisations, with thousands of professionals trained in areas such as applied artificial intelligence, digital tools, content creation, strategic communication, or the new GEO and AEO environments linked to AI-based search engines.
Social Campus represents a further step in this evolution. The project will combine in-person courses, online sessions, self-directed training, and bespoke programmes for teams and organisations, maintaining small groups and a very practical approach. The initiative also embraces a critical and human perspective on technology, understanding that tools only make sense when they help people and organisations to work better, communicate better, and generate real positive impact.
The training sessions will be delivered by professionals specialising in communication, strategy and artificial intelligence, including Ignasi Llorente y Arnau Sanz, along with teams from specialised agencies such as Khimera, professionals like Carles Foguet, Joan Marc Claramunt, Paloma Rodiles or Martí and Josep from the Guinew agency.
Roger López joined as Head of Projects for the shared training vertical between Karmina and Utopiq at the beginning of 2026. In this role, Roger is responsible for driving specialised programmes in artificial intelligence, communication, and social media, with a priority focus on the needs and challenges of the Third Sector. He has trained over 100 organisations and companies so far this year. His work is of great importance in coordinating the knowledge of both agencies and transforming it into useful tools for social organisations.
Roger Lopez: “It is a privilege to be able to support organisations and companies in this process of change, contributing my bit to ensure that technology and digital communication are real allies in their social work. I am very excited to be part of a team that understands training not only as technical learning, but as a way to generate a positive impact on people.”.
With this new phase, Karmina continues to consolidate a vision where creativity, strategy, technology, and training are part of the same ecosystem. Because in an environment where many companies will end up using the same tools, the real difference will continue to lie in people, judgement, and the ability to build brands and projects with purpose, personality, and their own vision.
