In recent years we have frequently repeated an idea: artificial intelligence is not a technological project. It is a process of organisational transformation. That vision is what has shaped the growth of Karmina y Utopiq over the past few years and will also guide our roadmap in the years to come. Because while much of the market continues to focus the conversation on tools, automations, or the latest technological innovation, we remain convinced that the real challenge lies with people, culture, and organisations' ability to incorporate AI judiciously.
This approach has led us to partner with hundreds of companies, public administrations, professional associations, foundations, chambers of commerce, and organisations from a wide variety of sectors, developing training, consultancy and transformation programmes tailored to the reality of each organisation. We do not believe in one-size-fits-all recipes or identical implementations. Each company starts from a different level of maturity and requires a different pace.
It is precisely for this reason that we developed our own methodology for the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence, which today forms the core of our work. Our starting point is never the tool. Before we talk about ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or any other model, we analyse how the organisation works, what its processes are, what level of knowledge the team has, what opportunities exist, and what risks must be considered. From there, we design a progressive journey that combines training, diagnosis, internal alignment, ideation sessions, definition of priorities, and support in decision-making.
We believe that the adoption of AI should occur gradually. First, by generating knowledge and judgment, then by adapting the technology to internal processes, and finally, by consolidating a strategic implementation that allows for the creation of sustainable competitive advantages. It is a model that understands artificial intelligence as a tool at the service of the business, never the other way around. For this reason, an important part of our work has much more to do with business strategy, communication, change management, governance, ethics, regulatory compliance, leadership, or team management than with the technology itself. The organisations that are best incorporating AI are not necessarily those that use the most tools, but those that manage to align people, define common criteria, and make better decisions.
This growth is also driving a new phase for our two brands.
From Karmina, we continue helping companies and institutions to transform their communication, marketing and relationship with their audiences in an environment profoundly conditioned by artificial intelligence.
From Utopiq, we continue to consolidate a specialised offering in training, consultancy and strategic implementation of AI, with programmes aimed at both the private sector and public administrations, universities, social entities and professional organisations.
The demand for this type of support continues to grow steadily, and with it, the need to incorporate new profiles who share our way of understanding this transformation. We are not just looking for specialists in artificial intelligence tools. We are looking for professionals capable of teaching, facilitating strategic conversations, generating judgement, understanding the real challenges of organisations, and supporting change processes with a broad vision. People who understand that training is not just about explaining functionalities, but about helping others to think better.
Over the next few months, we will continue to expand our team with teaching professionals and consultants who wish to participate in training, implementation, and organisational transformation projects, both in person and online, collaborating with companies, institutions, and organisations across Spain. If you share this approach to understanding artificial intelligence and believe you can add value through training, consulting, or strategy, we would be delighted to meet you.
As part of this new phase, we will continue to expand our team of collaborators and professionals. Beyond technical profiles, we are looking for individuals capable of combining knowledge, strategic vision, and the ability to support companies and organisations in real transformation processes.
We are currently looking for profiles such as:

Because artificial intelligence will continue to evolve every week. But organisations will still need something much harder to find: people capable of turning that technology into decisions, culture and results. That will remain our job.
